Governance is neither social(knowledge) nor law(mind).Governance is complexity between knowledge and mind to solve crime(evil spirit). Politics appear as criminal(evil spirit). But Politcs are sacred to solve crime(evil spirit) by being "crime of law" to crime". Politics are only for men of high integrity against oppurtunism by being oppurtunism to oppurtunism.

Any low in either man or in woman must be and will be solved by "being low of high" with it.
