SAYING NEGATIVE TO OTHER/S NEGATIVE IS POSITIVE TO PREVAIL NEGATIVE FOR SOLVING OTHER/S NEGATIVITY.

    'NONE OF THE ABOVE' OPTION IN BALLOT PAPER IS MEANINGLESS.      IT IS FOOLISH AND SENSELESS THAT A VOTER DOESN'T LIKE ANY CANDIDATE AMONG 20 CONTESTANTS.      PL.THINK! HOW CAN A VOTE CAST ON 'NONE OF THE ABOVE' OPTION BE DEFEATING ALL CANDIDATES?      SO BETTER SENSE IS TO CAST VOTE ON "POSSIBLE-DEFEAT-CANDIDATE" AT HANDS OF WINNING CANDIDATE.      VOTE NO.2 CANDIDATE TO BE NO.1 VOTER.         

    Upto 45 yrs of age,everyone will be anti-establishment.     45 YRS AGE ATTAINMENT MEANS ADULTHOOD WITH MATURE VOICE BY NAME.     So after 45 yrs age,one need mature into pro-establishment-being-its-change.       

One must have to give his own moral voice to social(indian)-system(govt).Otherwise purpose of his human life will be lost.

I am doing intellectual(social) researches(analyses) not for myself but for system(govt).    In my opinion,social freedom is not research,imagination and entertainment.    So before demanding govt for legal maturity,we should discuss it among professional groups for concrete proposals.

Generally police feel that they are not or the sole governance. But truly speaking,governance has both law(why-what) and welfare(how) as two sides of coin. So police! change your mind into why-what-how.
