How can antisocial americans and pessimistic russians ignore social indians(who are 1 person out of every 6 persons) in world? Indian states governors will be the right judges on any international political issue. Both american president and russian premier need consult indian state governors from now for nuclear disarmament. When answer is with third person (indian governors),how can american president and russian premier will reach permanent solution to nuclear disarmament?

I suggest that indian left wing intellectuals need work with mediocre russian premier and indian right wing intellectuals need work with antisocial american president. Then nuclear weapons will vanish in world. But as I saw at present both indian left wing intellectuals and right wing intellectuals are vying for indian political power. Both are unmindful about their character(feeling),structure(being) and respect(appearing). But india and INC are mindful towards social change into truth.
