System is always right in right to right of right. But if social(LITIGANCY) is lacking in system,then system starts becoming immoral to stay abstract without LITIGANCY. That is why a human being or citizen has to be right and good in system as much as system right and good. Indian national congress since its inception always believes in "being criminal to criminal" which is mistaken by seat of learning and fox-mindset.
