SAYING NEGATIVE TO OTHER/S NEGATIVE IS POSITIVE TO PREVAIL NEGATIVE FOR SOLVING OTHER/S NEGATIVITY.

Unlike other countries,indian society is pluralistic-religious society.     In pluralistic-religious society,personal relationships such as marraige relationships,parental relationships and other personal(brothers-sisters and uncles-aunties) relationships are EQUALLY IMPORTANT AMONG EACH OTHER PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP.     So mere gender weakness is not,can not be and will not be the only criterion to decide whether domestic violence exists or not.     PURPOSE OF ANY LAW IS TO UPHOLD HARMONY EITHER IN PERSONAL OR IN SOCIAL LEVELS.     PURPOSE OF ANY LAW SHOULD NOT BE COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE TO ANY(OR ALL) OTHER LAW/S. -----------------------------     KEEPING ABOVE IN MIND,ANY ACT CAN BE "MADE OR AMENDED OR REPEALED" BY GOVT OF INDIA WITH REFERENCE FOR ADVICE TO HIGH/SUPREME COURTS AND UNION LAW MINISTRY.       

Prof.P K Basu should have known how to run democratic party and win elections all these years from 1947 AD.towards success in "truth(power) which is at the ultimate".Isn't it ?
