      Referendum need be conducted to decide whether 1(or 2 or 3) years term OR full 5 years term for Vijayawada Municipal Corporation mayor post.       In the same way,other municipalities and civic corporations need conduct referendums about whether part-term or full-term civic chiefs are to be elected.     CIVIC BODIES MEANS REFERENDUMS OR OPINION POLLS ON ISSUES.     If civic bodies have long-term(20 years) planning on civic issues,then state govts heads can be made responsible on day-to-day issues.Isn't it?

Leftist of leftist is also centrist mind. But centrist of centrist is not centrist mind. --------------------------------------------------------- SO RIGHTIST NEED BE RIGHTIST OF RIGHTIST TO CENTRIST. AND LEFTIST NEED BE LEFTIST OF LEFTIST TO CENTRIST. THEN CENTRIST NEED BE CENTRIST OF CENTRIST TO BOTH RIGHTIST AND LEFTIST. In this way,parties can come together towards solving social groups differences/inequalities into equality(peace). దానినే సంఘర్షణాయుత-సమానత్వము(peace by war) అంటారు.
