Already income tax in India is low when compared with other countries. And again further INCOME TAX RATES CUT will be just to make citizens as honest tax payers thereby avoiding income tax raids. Govt laxity in law is to make public as discrete-minded and self-disciplined "by giving long rope to public". If citizens are not discrete-minded and self-disciplined,then govt will punish guilty. And that situation of misusing govt laxity arises,then nobody can stop govt punishment.
Any story is by why-what-how-where. Story is imagination. 2.Any script is why-what-how-where. Any script is reality. 3.We have to SYNTHASISE both story that we imagined by mind and "script that we wrote by heart(hand)". That SYNTHASIS takes years to become perfect for healing blind beliefs that creeped into people(one)'a mindset because people(one) can't remember all things in world practically.
My pet subject is "consumerism and hindu-undivided-family (HUF)". Right-hand-thumb-rule is if current is passing through "thumb" and voltage is through "point-finger",then resistance will be through "middle finger". Consumable sense and consumer voice both are always secondary to producer/maker/giver mind-skill. So public need not worry much about vocie(money) earning for self. As public nurture/apply their right-and-good mindset on their mindset again,public naturally become TRUE SOCIAL HUMANS so that public "need not worry about consumable voice(money)(tails) and consumer voice(money)(heads)" in public audit about personals. That is HR policy of govt of India(social)(knowledge). Human resource is that when you are physical or social,you must be able to comprehend psychological or spiritual(being as not and not as being) attached to physical or psychological respectively. That means till date in human history,we humans are able to see physical and social only. In present knowledge age,we should be able to include psychological and spiritual to what we saw physicallly and socially. This inclusiveness makes any thing into grain thing and husk thing. And grain thing stays forever while husk thing will be made to self-eliminate by itself among any physical(science) thing and social(commerce) thing. Otherwise immorality continues to stay along with morality. From now,our effort should be to make immorality(crime)(ill)(inconsistency against adverse questions) self-eliminate by itself through our inclusive-litigant-moral-social(which is sa-re-ga-ma) human philosophy. NO HERO(SUCCESS) WILL BE TRUE-REALITY IF HE(SUCCESS) DOES NOT HAVE WORK(BLOOD) RELATIONSHIPS,SIDE CHARACTER/S AND ADVERSITIES. For example.subject should have verb,adjective and object in human spirit(soul)(heart)(name)(sense). Like that,hero should have heorine/s,brother/s,sister/s,parents and children as well as their right character/s(feeling/s) and adversaries(employer/employee/worker relationship,consumer/seller relationship,social/group relationship and parental relationship). THAT IS TOTALITY OF SENSE.Or you can say "Sampoorna ramayanam" in other words. As definitions are getting redefined,appearance will be becoming qualitative appearance". Present age is quality-priority society. Immature society then is quantity(apparrance)-priority society. Pl.keep this in mind.

So machine/product/power can never surpass human sensible mindful voice ability and control.
మనిషి నామ సహిత భావన అదుపు(తక్కువకు తక్కువ అనగా ఎక్కువ లేదా ఎక్కువకు ఎక్కువ అనగా తక్కువ ) లేకుండా వస్తు ఉత్పత్తి -పంపిణీ -వ్యాపారము అనేది జరుగదు కదా !
