Yes ! We at Indian national congress do agree that Nara Chandra babu naidu is great dictator to solve social anarchy(ignorance) in andhrapradesh state. We at Indian national congress honour public mandate. But can Nara chandra babu naidu honour public mandate if it is in favour of Indian national congress ?
