If anybody says he/she knows it,he/she can be able to say it "against adverse questions without time delay". If any knowledgeable person can't satisfy adverse question and immediate reply,he/she is not said to be "learned". Nobody expects knowledgeable to say without facing.adverse question and want of immediate reply. Knowledgeable don't delay answer. And knowledgeable don't avoid adverse question. Any voter can't understand social Politcs by facing adverse question and want of immediate reply. So voters should avoid talking(practising) politcs. But voters can follow(read) social politics(govt) which is their right to information.
