Because Indian maosits are prevailing as ignorants. Prevailing ignorants can't build like prevailing imperialists. Being Imperial to imperial is social imperialism which is nothing but humansim. Only self-earning humansim or social imperialism can do economic miracles. Indian Maoists words about building world-class structures will be prevailing as shallow.
