Citizens are supposed to participate in political governance passively. But if citizens indulge in being politicians themselves,then citizens themselves get lost in polictics. Politics are by social issues. So every citizen should discuss social issues so that social issues get solved by power politics. That means link between people(citizenry) and politics is social issues like corruption,ignorance and ambiguity.

Structure of court system is that law court judgements should not cross borderline between "public judgements between personal groups" and "personal judgements between public groups". Pl.note there is one.And as there is one,there should be all. And as there is one and all,there should be some. So public need be balanced mind which is being some in all by being all in some. Courts should note that courts believe in professional minds whereas wealth creation,distribution and enjoyment are social(knowledge)(complex to complex) mindset.

My words against dog-mindset are more practical and real than those dog-mindset loving public who are whiling away their time in society "without being some in working for social build into true".
