Yes ! Any Nobel peace prize can be taken back. There is nothing wrong in taking back Nobel peace prize given to anybody,anytime,anywhere and any circumstances. Because world has expanded into true, And everything is available for everybody,every time and everywhere, So judgment now is more of social and less of personal. Yes ! Indian police need more efficient certification methods and better amenities "while making it mandatory that every policeman vigil on every other two policemen among EVERY THREE POLICEMEN IN INDIA".
