Academic activity in india is poor.So there is no mind expansion. Without mind expansion,social inequalities exist.

Planting stories in social is because of inability to counter a person's word-sense among social four. But planting stories is anti-democratic.   Just because three persons don't like fourth person's word-sense,law(mind)(police party) should not plant stories against fourth person's word-sense.      Police existence in social-system can't eliminate crime(unmindfulness).Police just control crime. SOCIAL CONTROL OF CRIME IS NOT SELF ELIMINATION OF CRIME.Police dragnet must expand to eliminate(not just control) crime by better socio-economics.    SOCIO-ECONOMIC INEQUALITY IS SOCIAL CRIME.
