విద్య లేనివాడు వింత పశువు . విద్య అంటే సర్టిఫికెట్ కాదు . విద్య అంటే సర్టిఫికెట్ తో కూడిన ఆలోచనాయుత మానసిక భావప్రకటన . విద్య అనేది తనలో మరియు ఇతరులలో తనను తాను నమ్మేలా చేసుకునేందుకు తప్పనిసరి . ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థలో విద్య లేకపోతే ప్రజలు తమను తాము ఎలా పాలన చేసుకుంటారు ? ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థ అనేది అరాచక వ్యవస్థ కాదు . ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థ అనేది కుటుంబ రాచరిక (అరాచక ) వ్యవస్థ గా ఉండుట ద్వారా నిజమైన ప్రజాస్వామ్య వ్యవస్థగా నిలుపుదల .
