Modern world saw two world wars against self-ignorance and ambiguity.
How can Third World War against self-ignorance exist after two world wars if world people are constituted with right(good) character(feeling)(appearance) which means knowledgeables about their self ?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
