As people represent their will in democracy,public representatives(leaders) in democracy must appear-as-ignorants until two-thirds people mature themselves as moral(consistent)(good spirit) from their inconsistency(immorality)(evil spirit). Voters must remember that they should overcome their self-ignorance and adamant-mind at the end for success in truth(power) at.the ultimate.
