కేవలము నాయకుడు (బుద్ధి ,భక్తి మరియు నైతికత 
మూడూ కలిగిన వాడు ) మాత్రమే నేరములు అరికట్ట గలడు .

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
