To me,washington D.C. people are the nearest ones.
Newdelhi,islamabad and moscow people are the nearer ones.
Hyderabad people are the distant ones.
And vijayawada people are the near ones.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
