Excessive-morality(samaikyaandhra and russia) and excessive-devotion(telangana and america) has both plus and minus points.
Minus point is that excessive indulgence leads to inconsistency.
Plus point is that excessive indulgence leads to character(feeling same with others).

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
