There must be nonlinear linking to any consistent sense. Otherwise there can't be readability for solving public nuisance. To solve public nuisance,your words should just "appear as ignorant" to make public to be true self-brilliants. PUBLIC HAVE THREE FACETS. ONE IS APPEARING AS IGNORANTS. OTHER IS BEING SELF-KNOWLEDGEABLES. ANOTHER IS BEING TRUTHFUL IN REALITY. All the three facets form complexity agaisnt world complexities. So we rulers and public instructors should just uphold their complexity agaisnt world complexities "by taking out their knowledge within self,examining it and putting it back in their self".
