Congress(legal authority against mindless word and/or senseless mind) itself consists of all groups of anti-congress minds within. Then how can anti-congress groups exist outside congress? Can any anti-congress minded.govt opposition leader explain public?

A mind(person) becoming sensible voice is the political problem now.
How can mind(body) itself  become word(heart)?
