Assembly speaker should be more biased towards opposition which must have its say in govt affairs than ruling party which will have its way finally on govt affairs. Word fight will naturally aggressive and with freedom for opposition in assembly. Assembly is not ruling party office or govt cabinet. And media coverage on assembly proceedings need be more open-minded because assembly is nobody's place to have power and everybody's place to question before media and all other members wisdom.

Assembly speaker duties and powers in assembly are different from that CM duties and powers in cabinet.
Assembly rules are different from that of "cabinet or company board of governors".
