చట్టము అంటే గౌరవము మరియు భయము కలగాలంటే భారత రాష్ట్రపతి పూనుకొని చట్టమునకు మేధో న్యాయము కూడిక చేయ తలపెట్టాలి .
లేనిచో చట్టమును అమలు చేసే వారు చెప్పినట్లు చట్టము చేసే వారు నడుచుకో వలసి వుంటుంది .

If law need be respected and feared,there is no use of respect and fear for law-enforcing police and weaponry.
If law needs to be respected and feared,president of india must put his mind on including intellect-mind to law.
Otherwise law-makers need obey law-enforcing courts and police.
