     These days political leaders are saying "UNCONSTITIONAL" when parliament proceedings are not suited to them.I ask why those leaders are not being unconstitutional to unconstitionality? This shows that not only constitution but also leaders don't have right character(feeling).

    SO UNCONSTITUTIONALITY OF NON-CONSTITUTION IS RULING NOW.

    Hence both constitution and its elected leaders need be replaced with both right(good) character(feeling) constitution and political leaders.
