Native-imperial constitution need be reformed into native-social constitution immediately.

INDIAN CONSTITUTION NEED CHANGE INTO NATIVE-SOCIAL FROM ITS PRESENT NATIVE-IMPERIAL.

 FOR THAT,POSITIVE REACTION NEED BE WRITTEN AS ITS FIRST WORD.
AT NEXT,ALL LAWS HENCEFORTH MADE UNDER INDIAN CONSTITUTION NEED BE SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL.

 I AM MAKING ABOVE POINTS TO INDIAN PRESIDENT AND PRIME MINISTER.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
