Political adversary or villain is meant to make politics as real true. Without villain, a hero can never prevail as real truthful hero. 2. Legal adversary is meant to solve enemies outside national borders. Even a bad(political adversary) person in bad times can talk about good politics "to eliminate waste of time by rulers". Why can't selfish politicians know this ? A villain need not be villain in villainy public situations.
