Does Pawan Kalyan feel that voters have both right feeling and good.being.? If voters don't have both right feeling and good being,then your question of leaders statements in law-making houses becoming invalid arises. Until then,leaders statements in parliament and legislatures need not be valid to be implemented by govt/s. I hope that Pawan Kalyan will note this and hereafter will leave this matter of unkept promises forever.
