Yes ! PAC(public accounts committee) chairman MLA Buggana Rajendranth Reddy allegations have substance. Law must be upheld by govt. If govt is not doing contracts by law,then AP high court should intervene and stop operation of that contract. That means PAC chairman or his people should do his duty of moving AP high court agaisnt it.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
