That is why Indian national congress is concurrent in dealing immature society then and mature society now. Indian national congress is solution to issues then in immature society while Indian national congress is issue to issues in present mature society now. Indian national congress never offers rewards to immorals but appears so to make selfish people self-eliminate by themselves as they use politics.
