Central govt and state govt relations and duties(powers) are public adminstration matter but not political matter. When will Nara chandrababu naidu stop cheating AP people about special status ? Even though Nara chandrababu naidu is public adminstrator than political leader,he should not ignore that he is in CM(political) post and so he should avoid speaking as public adminstrator. A resident if he is in travelling as passenger will be passenger but not as resident. That is my point,
