Let's inculcate right quality which means right being wrong with wrong while inculcating right character which means being evil with good and good with evil at first. Any right character without right quality and my right quality without right character is,has to be and will be immoral and unlawful.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
