Public imagination about govt affairs is natural instinct. One who can't raise above public imagiantion will be criminal. And criminals will be criminalised in ultimate power.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
