If present Bjp members who are using public imagination to be in power(truth) now at end times study and discuss Indian emergency period 1975-77,they will realise that emergency was imposed then keeping in view of present political situation in mind by those who are public imagiantion to public imagiantion "against only those who are using public imagination". Pl.note that if those who are using public imagiantion are not human beings but beast-minds in human form. So if beast-minds in human form don't deserve civil rights(speech,movement and voting etc.,).
