Women questioning to men questioning of social questioning should be answer to men answer in public. This solution is very much applicable to caste reservations being sought by kapu caste. Indian constitution need be amended towards reservations based on economic position of homes from present caste reservations.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
