Only criminals are supposed to obey law-court judges orders.Lawful citizens need not obey law court orders but have to obey govt orders and acts. There is lot of difference between law court judge orders and govt orders and acts.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
