Voting for self-governance is continuous process.If a party or person wishes to win election/s,it is socially-criminal.Because in india(mini world),only a party of diverse parties can win election/s and rule its people.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
