True top no.1 is appearing no.2 to no.2 while being no.1. True no.2 is appearing no.1 to no.1 while being no.2. THIS ELECTION PROCESS IS APPLIED TO ANY PARTY SELECTION because party is mother which should look after both govt and its people. Govt is father which should look after party of all parties and their people. That means indian national congress is THE political party for THE govt.
