Competency of law means conflict between no.1 and no.2 "over seat of no.1". Even though no.2 succeeds in attaining seat of no.1 at end times,no.1 stays as no.1 "over seat of no.1". Otherwise there is no point in no.1 character.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
