Because what is here in me within prevails as what is there in you or other/s within. So never eliminate your adversary. Make your adversary self-eliminate by itself. There is nothing like politcal adversary in mature society. Any opposition to power will be opposition to itself. So plural parties end up as universal party(law) which is "being lawful ONLY to lawful".
