I appear(feel) supporting russia(selfishness) to "weaken" America (selfish renunciation) towards self-elimination of selfishness by itself. Only India (scoial-selfishness) will stay as world protector for ever-lasting world peace. That is why Indian defence budget is improved so that india will be enforcer of world ever-lasting peace.
