Religion is poison. So Hinduism is secular BEING religion "towards neutralising all poisons". Brilliance of poison is by creating another poison while killing both self poison and other/s poison. That means any SOCIAL must have patience and sense in his work(mind). And every Indian national congress member is maintaining patience and sense in his knowledge. That means Indian national congress is coming out of its anarchy among other parties as other parties are killing themselves and their other/s.
