Only Indian police,Indian media,Indian law court judges and Indian actors "appear" as SAME rich to SAME rich. So Indian police,Indian media,Indian law court judges and Indian actors "spread message of inequality(hate) between rich and poor". But govt doesn't spread message of equality between rich and poor "by being SAME to SAME through APPEARING as different".

ఉన్న వాళ్ళు మరియు లేని వాళ్ళు అనేది ఆదాయపు పన్ను చట్టములో ఎక్కడా నిర్వచనము లేదు . 

ఉన్న వాళ్ళు అనగా ఉన్న వాళ్లకు ఉన్న వాళ్ళుగా మరియు లేని వాళ్ళకు లేనివాళ్లుగా "ఉండే " వారు అని అర్ధము. 

కనుక ఆదాయపు పన్ను చెల్లింపు దారులు ఎవరైనా సరే ఇతర ఉన్నవారికి ఉన్నవారిగా మరియు ఇతర 

లేని వారికి లేనివారిగా "ఉంటారు ".
