Governance(power) is not enjoyment but duty of law,duty of welfare,duty of morality and duty of sense. Indian national congress calculates morality,law,welfare and sense of people towards success in truth(power) which is at the ultimate. Until then Indian national congress is socially-bad character working for its personally-good character among personally-good character people.
