   Both power(truth) and law comes from people.So those who are in power should not take law into their hands.

   Law apparatus is different from power apparatus.

   Let those who are in power should take help of those who are enfocing law and discuss with them in critical situations.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
