   Righteousness means subjective sensible voice by name.
   Subjective(reciprocative) sensible(rotational) voice by name which improves personal income and govt income is lacking among public now.
   How can people's heart and blood problems get solved  and public development is possible WITHOUT SUBJECTIVE SENSIBLE VOICE BY NAME?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
