USA is complex society with two-layered democracy which is of course appearing-truth. India is also complex society with two-layered democracy which is being truth. Appearing truth is personal being social. Being truth is social being personal. But truth is previalance at the ultimate.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
