To solve anarchy(which means saying one thing and doing another thing) among democratic voters,Indian national congress (universal law being lawful only to lawful) "APPEARS AS DOING DIFFERENT FROM SAYING" so that "ANARCHY(saying one thing and doing another thing) COMES TO POWER AT END(climax) TIMES by making voters and their anarchy(selfish renunciators)(bjp) self-eliminate itself towards success in truth(power) prevailance at the ultimate. THAT IS ELITISM(being no.1 to prevail as true no.1) BEING REVERSE so that selfish dogs are kept away from seat of power forever. As Amit.shah WEEPED rightly,mahatma Gandhi is INTELLIGENT BANIA. We right people saying wrong word will prevail as right word for wrong people. But wrong people bjp saying right words will prevail as wrong words for right people. That is difference between power(truth)(Indian national congress) and influence(bjp)(Indian police). RSS/BJP IS JUST POLICE/DOG OF INDIA which is user-mindset. So British and Indian national congress used user-mindset for success in truth(power) and dignity which is at the ultimate.
