So statement by name solves corruption(rotten-mindset) among any organisation. One need not join an organisation to solve its corruption.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
