O intelligence worldwide ! Let's see need for redrafting perspective for "state intelligence" of each nation in world "because world affairs leadership already shifted from USA self-deception to India self-truthfulness". So there is need for changing "intelligence work" from western dominance to eastern(asian) dominance". That means all state intelligence services in world need change their strategy from being just self deception(which is meant towards public full psychological growth)to "being self-truthful while being self-deception to self-deception". Isn't it so ? CIA chief ! Are you hearing me ?
