India and world must note that Pakistan is "the most misunderstood state" in world. Purpose of creating Pakistan is to inculcate personally-right character being good with bad and bad with good at first to prevail good with good and bad with bad at next" AMONG ALL INDIANS. At present,two-thirds Indians are either right quality being wrong with wrong or right character being right with wrong and wrong with right at first. Purpose of creating Pakistan is to make those two-thirds Indians as both right-character and right quality. When will PM narendra modi and Indian public know this ?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ?
